Shadowhunters Season 3 Trailer Has Arrived!

So much was revealed about the upcoming season of Shadowhunters at the New York Comic Con, including a brand new trailer.

At the end of season 2, Jace had been brought back to life – but at what cost? The trailer shows Jace experiencing visions of himself and Clary together as a couple, with a deceased Sebastian/Jonathan in the way trying to convince him to kill Clary. Simon is yet again bargaining with the Seelie Queen, Magnus is adjusting with the loss of his title which may lead to Malec not having the greatest of seasons, Luke is trying to control his nosey partner from digging too far in to his world and a new demon has arrived in town.

During the NYCC, two new characters were revealed including the main villain of season three, Lillian, portrayed by Anna Hopkins, who you see in the final few seconds of the trailer. Another brand new character, whom we may not necessarily grow a liking too is Lorenzo Ray, warlock rival to Magnus Bane, portrayed by Javier Munoz.

If that isn’t enough news already for you guys to take in, season 3 of Shadowhunters has now been given an additional TEN episodes, meaning this season we will be blessed with a whole twenty episodes of our favourite cast.
