Kimora Lee Simmons is not being evil and keeping baby daddy, Djimon Hounsou from his son. The actor publicly complained that he did not see his son on Father’s Day, and pointed the finger at his ex.

In Los Angeles on Monday, when one reporter asked him about his Father’s Day, Hounsou griped that it would have been nice to see his son, Kenzo. The boy is almost 10-years-old but according to Hounsou, it has been quite a while since he saw his child.

Simmons, for her part, shared a couple of heartfelt social medias posts honoring the amazing fathers in her life. Her current husband, Tim Leissner and baby daddy, Russell Simmons both made the cut but the Avengers: Endgame star did not.

As word spread, the actor was placing blame on Simmons for not getting to spend the day dedicated to days with his child the fashion designer is allegedly doing no such thing. TMZ reportedly has a source with inside information regarding the couple as parents.

The source insists Simmons has an open-door policy when it comes to letting Hounsou spend time with Kenzo. She has reportedly encouraged her baby daddy to be more involved, by inviting him to attend all special occasions involving the young boy.

However, the celebrity website claims Hounsou rarely accepts her invitations or takes her up regarding her open-door visitation policy. There could be more going on though then the actor simply not wanting to see his kid.

Kenzo primarily lives with Simmons in Los Angeles. Hounsou spends the majority of his time traveling outside of the United States. He was born in Benin, West Africa and frequently goes home to spend time with his family.
